A new law to amend Romania’s whistleblowing framework has been promulgated.
Law No. 67/2023, enters into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
The law amends the transposition legislation passed on 14 March 2023, in particular the provisions concerning anonymous reporting which were considered to be too strict.
